Xp is on an NTFS partition, while 98 is on FAT 32. I was told it's too late to install a partition manager after I already have my NTFS installed, but I still hope I can find a partition manager which can be safely installed and will keep my existing two partitions with two operating systems intact.

With Win98 partition Active, and the Win2K partition visible, can you see the Win2K partition while in Win98? I can see all the files for the win2k partition in Explorer and also using power question partition manager. If so, do you have the files (in the Win2K root) NTLDR and NTDETECT.COM?
