in Partition Manager was different: one continous zone and rest of space in almost same colour(NTFS), but free. I thought that both applications use term "space" (I've just used) in different way, eg "address space" doesn't necesarry mean "space"... Is that something to worry about?

But I can't try out a larger drive until I get a newer version of the Vulcan Partition Manager as my version won't recognize the controller with this EPROM installed. I believe I've used a IIgs ROM equiped controller with a IIe Vulcan but that was likely 3 years ago so I'm not completely sure.
